You must show your library card every time you borrow materials. Learn how to get a library card here.
A date card will be placed in the pocket of every item you check out. It will be stamped with the date that the item is due back at the library.
Most library materials circulate (are checked out) for three (3) weeks.
Items cataloged as Reference do not circulate at all and may be used in the Library only.
Library patrons may have up to 40 borrowed items checked out at any given time. This is for all areas of the collection excluding DVD’s and story hour boxes. DVD’s you can check out 10 at a time and story hour boxes you check out 1 at a time.
Renewing Library Materials
All materials may be renewed once (in person, by phone, or online) if there are no pending requests. To renew materials online, view the Online Account instructions or go directly to My Account. You will need a unique 4-digit pin number which can be acquired when you sign up for your library card, or you may request us to add it to your account at any time (in person w/ID proof).
